Here's the thing... everybody now knows the guy is an immature fool.... so he can "hack in" as much as he likes... he has no credibility, and acts like a spoiled child, takes up the moderator's time for nothing.

No respect at all for this one.

I was running through the SMS data from the link and noticed a citation for no passenger endorsement. (?) Did the sons of chester start running buses when I wasn't paying attention?

They used to have (maybe still do) a bus that they would shuttle their students here and there....got in a little fender bender....it was an old converted school bus....and anyone could drive it......

    another bad choice?

That bus became a short bus, like an airport shuttle, and was driven by contracted drivers when I was there in Jan 2009.

I haven't had a passenger endorsement since college....(last century)....but isn't over 10 passengers the requirement for the endorsement? An airport shuttle for a hotel/motel doesn't require the endorsement with 8 passenger van/bus.

Going way back in the memory banks...and not thinking of going with Greyhound...at least not quite yet.

This shuttle has a 15-20 pax capacity, and I'm sure the oldster driving has a pax endorsement.

Just makes one wonder? Maybe a teacher at one of their yards driving a shuttle or something? Just caught my attention that a reefer company got nailed for no passenger endorsement.

I can not believe the number of driving without a CDL. Why do they have the #### school????

Its more the case of caca happens on the road... the CDL gets suspended for a ticket not taken care of, or forgetting to pay something a court cares about (child support for instance.) Shortly thereafter, said court decides to get one's attention through license suspension... and sends a letter to sonewhere the driver isn't. At least until they get tagged at a coop.
