But! But! I wanted to see if we could get into a debate over which is better, Heinz or Hunts! I'm sure if we all concentrate hard enough we can find a way to turn this into an arguement that gets so out of hand, the insults and capital letters come out and somebody ends up getting banned!![]()

bbq sauce is better than ketchup on almost anything
-
Open Pit BBQ sauce tastes like french salad dressing. I hate it. I like the Jack Daniels stuff.
-

the best bbq sauce out thereInjun Thanks this. -
I'll have to try that sometime. I like the Jack Daniels Original. Or KC Maserpiece. I don't remember if I liked Sweet Baby Ray's though. It's been so long.
Sweet Baby Ray's is made by Ken's Foods in Marlborough, Mass. I've hauled it before. Pain in the ### place that takes forever, and you have to sign an electronic touchpad thing and they print it onto the BOL. How is that legal??ironpony Thanks this. -
theres a few places here that make you sign the electronic thing......i put my name and SLC circled
if you get bullseye make sure its the original....theyve come out with different kinds of bullseye and they are named after cities...tried a few and didnt really like them -
SLC, LMAO!! There's this place in Virginia that we pick up from sometimes. There's a big sign that says "DO NOT SIGN BILLS SLC - WE ARE NOT A SHIPPER LOAD AND COUNT FACILITY". LMFAO!! It's a DROP AND HOOK facility!!!
I always sign it SLC and they always give me crap about it. I have to remind them. WHO loaded it? WHO counted it? WHO put the seal on the trailer?? DUHHHHH!!!
One time this lady tore up the bills and re-printed them and I did the exact same thing the second time. She called her supervisor and he said to go ahead and just give me my copies and get me the hell out of there. -
hachette books in lebanon indiana has one of the nastiest ladies working in the office.......they load it, you are not allowed on the dock
i walked up to the window and she handed me the bills and said
"UPS DONT YOU EVEN ******* THINK ABOUT SIGNING THAT **** SHIPPER LOAD AND COUNT"
i put my finger in her face and said "ive never met you in my life, do NOT talk to me like that again".....too bad i was at work or i would have really told her how i felt
i ended up having to climb up in the trailer and count the skids, which isnt a big deal, it was only like 12 skids or something, but no need to be a ***** about it -
anything of the such. I stated that they are rumors, and as much as some people like to think that rumors are fact, they are not.
As for their training program, I do recall the days when Swift did the same training. I could state other companies had training programs like that but that would just be a rumor. -
Although I have a pretty good idea about where your maint fund money went from a "brief" description you gave, that wasnt entirely what I was asking.... Sorry for the confusion. I was more less asking where did all the money go if you only say 300-400 bucks is all you saw as a net after running on average 4500 miles a week. Not sure what they were payin you empty and loaded for that dedicated run you had and whether or not you were on the fuel cap or rebate, what your truck payment was, what kind of quarterly taxes you were payin, other deductions like downtime fund, ect, but for us runnin OTR, 80cpm empty and 90 cpm loaded, on a 4500 mile week, we take home a combined net income of 900 to 1200 bucks a week.
I see your point, but it still doesnt change the fact of what I said before you made this comment.
OK, I was just wondering because if you two woulda came to England as a pair, you wouldve gotten a room all to yourselves and wouldnt have had to share one with 6 or 7 other slobs.
Thats pretty much how we are. My wife's name is the only one on the lease. Not sure what yer talkin about woth the insurance. You talkin about heath insurance?
