I agree, after reading allot of the other drivers post, allot of them experienced guys and excuse me gals, were trying to really talk to here in a nice civil manner. I think they were really trying hard to be kind to her. She'd just seemed to come back and carry on with her rants. Like it just had no affect. Man the worst thing that some one can do is be they're own worst enemy.
I myself at times have felt being under the gun of being kicked out. If for say for some reason I did get kicked out, I'd just come back under my other name. Top Speed. hahhaaa.
CR England does it again!

The other thing that is happening here is the new car syndrome....
You know when you buy a new vehicle and then all of a sudden there are a zillion of them on the road?
Well this is the same issue with the OP, she now has knowledge/license and notices these little things more and more. What she does not see is the 4 wheelers that she used to drive with are just as bad or even worse and no truck involved. -
Well as Paul Harvey would say........now we won't know the rest of the story.........

She probably moved onto another forum now complaining how we all here at TTR were rude, inconsiderate, and that we were all were mean to her. What u wanna bet? Google driveitusa think that is what I am going to do. She has to vent somewhere as the way she was talking to trainer you know he wouldn't be listening.

There is always that other site with 6 members who constantly complain about this one......

I found her posts to be kind of entertaining. Sort of like watching someone throw a tantrum, but articulately.
"Hang - Man" and AfterShock Thank this. -
well i had to put her on ignore after suffering thru her ranty posts on TTR which i found incoherent and self contradictory, she was too eager to put many others down in her posts as a means of self expression to appear articulate
she confirms my over 30 years experience with training women
some seem to seek some kind of "middle ground" or compromise between what is expected of them in the job they seek and what they are actually willing to do, to get thru the day they require high drama and endless discussions and pointless negotiations set only on their terms
instead of conforming to the culture they are trying to join, they insist on manipulating the terms to their comfort level without regard for the necessary competence they need to succeed, it is disrespectful and shameful IMHO
like the females in the usmc who demand to get duty on a ship and then must come off ship duty a few months later because they got pregnant on the ship
the females in the fancy offices who stubbornly refuse to learn new tasks and techniques after getting hired and merely become politically entrenched and wholly unqualified in their positions
like the women drivers i met at the hotel this week who absolutely refuse to GOAL no matter what because they "got it" and they feel ppl will stare at them
and like this op who (in her ridiculous werner thread) goes on and on complaining about and describing her arguments and objections with what appears to be a perfectly adequate trainer -
DoneYourWay I was in complete agreement with your post til I read the last sentence. I'm sure as time passes you will find most megafleet trainers to be woefully inadequate. I know it's bad form to paint with a broad brush but in this case I will fall back on years of observation plus I kinda think that Driveits trainer shot the video.
DoneYourWay and joseph1135 Thank this. -
