CR England does it again!

OK the irony here is too rich to ignore 1st a trainee thinks she is calling out an England driver this brings a good belly laugh to myself. 2nd the trainer makes a 2 minute video of another truck doing nothing illegal no damage sooooo I must conclude that super trainer " OP opinion not mine " has never seen anyone backup more than 1 truck length without someone outside directing or knowing the history of smurffy trucks when said trainer saw someone attempting to backup made the assumption that a malfunction was sure to happen just like at the home yard

 

That's what happens within these mega Companies, they go through so many drivers that they eventually lose all quality and experience with nothing left but a bunch of rookies. basically turning into the blind leading the blind.

As you can see here, this thread makes a perfect example.

 

You're a new driver. For Werner. You think you really made a better choice??? Werner drivers have done a lot of dumb stuff too. I consider myself pretty seasoned and got into a jam like that last year. I had to back my way out of it. I took a wrong turn and ended up where I shouldn't have been. There are some things that are inexcusable (the aforementioned USA Truck video) and then there are things like this that happen to almost everybody. People who live in glass houses, remember that? You have a trainer to prevent you from getting into a jam like him. Get some miles under your belt kid, and then pick and choose your battles wisely.

DriveItUSA, just calm down.. save the anger for the driver that takes his/her 30 at the fuel island..and relax.. nobody here hates you, just that some may or may not agree with calling anybody out...except for that USA driver.

To be clear the entire thread instructs newbies how to recognize when one has made inappropriate posts on TTR--for instance, this thread is an example of what posters should not do on an open forum
especially rookies because they are clueless by definition

i know this because every day i learn something about my equipment or driving that i did not know that i did not know
this will no doubt continue for a long time into my career so some rook laying down judgment on others is all wrong all day everyday and must be checked, it is about encouraging development of safer attitudes so we are all safe as we share the road

it is important as a professional driver and also in life to be able to express oneself without personally attacking others because they disagree with one's uninformed opinions

the posted vid is completely worthless and total waste of time and still blow chunks

 

We all have. The only difference is, we weren't called out for it LOL
