I understand what you are saying, but the thing is CR England and my 6 months with them is my first CDL job....so I can't not mention them, and I don't see why they would not ask...I just see no other way, I recorded a Video while driving, I'm sorry for this and I've learn my mistake I wanna work for you company for the next 10+ years pelasE!!!!" lol

Indeed. I don't need this ruining a good career for me. However, they do have a "three strikes" disciplinary system, first time is a warning, second time is a write up, third time (for the same problem) is termination.
Nobody has even mentioned it to me yet. And most of our drivers (who post pictures) do it, and don't remove logos/etc. I have yet to hear of any action being taken.
Granted, the first time something happens that causes issues for insurance, you can bet your ### they'll crack down.BIGZILLA and street beater Thank this. -
Same situation for meZeviander Thanks this.

I think this Is great, I'm going to jot it down

If they push the topic, which if your direct, and non evasive with your responses they shouldn't, you can explain it was a mounted driver facing camera, just like safety uses. They took exception to it. Thats it.

Okay, I'll just memorize this exactly thank you so much, that sounds so good and legit. but the thing is idk what Driver fax says, do all CDL companies report to driver fax? -
No, some do some dont. Go to hirerights site and get a copy. Its free. And get a fresh mvr while your at it

I think a precise explanation of the reasoning behind these policies is due.
I sat in a deposition, I was suing over a motorcycle accident, I was not at fault. Even so, the VERY FIRST question that the insurance company's lawyer asked me after the identifying questions was. "Do you have any social media accounts?"
Yes, it is definitely unsafe to vlog while driving DON'T DO IT AGAIN! But the reason big companies don't like it is because they understand lawyers! It's purely financial. They could give two ####s about safety unless it affects the bottom line. We need to care because they don't.Toomanybikes, MattaCracker and street beater Thank this. -
3 million dollar question is why CRE in the first place seriously?
MidWest_MacDaddy, BIGZILLA and street beater Thank this.
