That is not behaviour that is becoming of a professional driver. This is a career choice for many people, and it's people like you that give us a bad name. You can't be fooling around behind the wheel, friends or not. 80,000 (or more) lbs of truck is a weapon when handled irresponsibly. A very fatal one in most cases.

It doesn't matter if you were in downtown Chicago during rush hour or out in the middle of the desert. You are the captain of your ship, and if you aren't piloting it in a safe and responsible way, then don't be surprised if you get fired. This confrontational attitude is going to close a lot of doors for you in this line of work.

In addition to providing a video demonstrating how you don't pay attention to your job, you run you mouth off enough give any attorney plenty of ammo to sue CRE after the accident you cause.

Your a victim of your own choices. Plain n simple. Where you go from here is up to you. Accept you f ed up bad. Dont try to convince yourself that what you did was ok. Know, and i mean KNOW you were wrong. And ask yourself of you want to be a driver, or a social media star. If its a driver, start knocking on doors, someone will hire you. If its the other... for the love of zenu and my family, DONT get into another big truck ever! Best of luck.

Before this thread gets locked. To the op i would like to say, these drivers laying into you are not bullying you. I Have near a million miles on my od, and im low on experience compared to some of these hands. This is our life. Most of us take it quite seriously. Some will chastise you, some will be helpful, some will smart off. How you respond to these ol hands words, says alot about you. Its not from a bad place, but if you cant look with honest eyes, then you will only see attacks.
