I don't know what prison movies your watching. I am making a point. Read those links the EEOC (Equal Employment Op Commission) has cited CRE for the sexual abuse and harrasment it's trainers do to female trainees. CRE has been called the worse company in America by the EEOC for it's practices towards women. It's not a joke and if your a woman considering working there or a husband wife team read the links and research yourself. One of the rape cases was a driver's wife at the Gary IN terminal (he had driven for 30 years and CRE was the only company that would let him train his wife), that driver took his truck there and leased on because he could train his wife. He was on his way back to pick her on a load from her oreintation/CDL school and she got raped on the yard there by a CRE trainer...

If your a woman Stay away from this evil place, it is not only the worse in trucking for women but possibly the worse of in any Industry in America. Not my words, it's the EEOC who says it.

It's common Knowledge the Lease Purchase program is a rippoff modeled after share cropping. They have been sued and lost several times about it. I have read horror stories from trainees who got five dollars a day to eat on when they we promised 3 meals and lodging for training

Thanks Danny, I didn't even know all these websites existed! I will do more research before I go to another company. I was surprised how many calls and e-mails I got from CRE trying to hire me, but now I understand why.
How does a company like this stay in business? If it was any 'civilian' doing this, he would be in jail and they would throw away the key!

 

Maybe Lupe was serious. Men get raped too, and are even less apt to report it because they feel they will be ridiculed and made fun of. There may be many cases that were never reported. It's serious and I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go there!
