First of all.... Buying a truck and leasing a truck are two different things that require two different contracts.

 

CRE's program is a straight lease. Finish the lease and the truck goes back to Horizon.

Now CRE may offer to sell you the truck, but you have to pass thier "credit" criteria.

 

AaaaHaaa!!!! Who was that Mystic stranger. Makes sence to me.

 

And people wonder why a lease plan is about the stupidest thing a person can do! here is the proof!
Yeah I'd be sitting in a lawyers office that's NOT a Mormon but understands the pain of suing in that state!

Credit score to keep after lease- 850

 

It would seem England didn't take the warning from the last lawsuit they lost. I'm doing a lease with a buyout option at the end. I've never heard of this that if you walk in with cold hard cash or a third part loan for the buyout you can't buy the truck. They may not want to finance it, but I would think that if you've been running your business profitably you should be able to find financing for the buyout.

Admittedly I don't have firsthand experience with England. I saw enough about them in the news and in their ads that I decided to stay clear.

 

Probably just another case of poor work ethics.
