Crazy Question

Open up a restaurant in my town West Melbourne, FL and you’ll be packed full 7 days a week.

High tech area and everyone seems to have money to eat out 7 days a week..

I’m not kidding, it’s insane! Even just a small take out place would be a success.

Hell, if you need a bartender/dishwasher I’m in!

 

No different than a gas station... Owner/Managment discretion.

The answer to your question is, how would you feel after spending a ton of money on a facility to then have a food truck park by the front door selling food and undercutting your prices?

 

Love the idea and it might be easier to just add Uber Eats or Door Dash so you have those kind of orders.
