You mean that there are people that don't roll down the window and put chains through there? Maybe the windows had crank handles and he could not find the button to roll them down?

And this is why we should never show sympathy for Darwins. Being stupid is the path they chose. It was a conscious decision that they made. So, when they kill themselves, think of it as their way of being successful. Mission accomplished, Darwin.

should cut boris some slack. The straps keeping the doors open are merely to help reduce wear on his drives. Think para sailing as it will lift the front of the trailer slightly.

A true NC visionary at work.

So much for the frames being any good on those cars

Unfortunately, that's probably not the case here. That certainly isn't legal securement, it will do a fair amount of damage to the vehicles, but it should actually be pretty secure in terms of keeping the vehicles on the trailer.

Hopefully he gets some serious damage claims to deal with, and perhaps a ticket or two at some point.

    Impressive.

I wish I had access to the image, but we were shown a picture in orientation of one of our (obviously ex-) drivers who loaded three cars on a trailer, including a newer Cadillac CTS, rolled the windows down, threw the straps over the doors through the car, cranked them down as hard as he could, and just rolled with them.

All the doors were ruined and I don't understand how people think like that. Especially after being shown how to properly secure a car with either a strap or chain.

I've never been shown but I smart enough to know not to do that. Anyone have pictures of securing a car properly with straps or chains. Not the car hauler or over the wheel straps either.
