    I was reading ( with delight ) today in the March Landline mag that England lost the lawsuit filed against them for violating the truth in leasing regs. This will cost them 1 million for the class plus interest.

    The plaintiff wants 18% back to 1997 but prolly the courts will allow avg T-bill over the period in question.

    This payment should wake up all mega carrier management........only time will tell.

    Good for all those that were duped in this lease purchase scam..........!!!!!

    England has appealed again...they're also ignoring the federal judge's order to pay up too.

    So for people who are always talking about suing CRE for whatever reasons know that it can take 15 years to see any money from said suit.

    Maybe and maybe never......they can file a 11 and wipe out the debt.

    What I'm enjoying is the pain CRE is having just thinking they may have to pay truck drivers a million plus dollars. I'm sure the pot bellies are just chewing their cigars to the nub on that one.
