If you’re a sole prop what’s the purpose of the LLC? Do you plan to grow and have employees? Do you make enough where the LLC will benefit you on taxes?

If you're the only member of your LLC than who else would you list? Santa?

Are you running your own authority?

    Are you leased on?

In that case, there is no point bothering with an LLC unless you think you may want to rent a power unit one day.

But would if I get sued? Wouldn't an LLC protect me from getting my personal assets revoked?

Unfortunately, no. You get sued and there's no protection. As a single member everything comes back to you personally. Even the IRS ignores the LLC business structure. They consider it a disregarded entity.
