The way you just described it makes perfect sense. If they got everyone in the fleet to do the 5 days there from time to time, no one would have to do it all the time.

Walmart stays cheap on prices by being cheap period. They pay lousy for labor and they pay lousy to companies that supply the products. It stands to reason they also pay lousy to it's drivers. But that's the walmart way and i don't know too many people that are unwilling to shop there.

It makes more sense to have everyone do the job sometimes than to make some people do it all the time. But it appears you are only in this thing for you and you alone and it doesn't occur to people like you that there are often bigger pictures that should be looked at.

If it were me i'd just negotiate how often i would be willing to do it and then i'd think of something i wanted in exchange they could do like giving me so many times in a certain city i want to be in.

Companies need drivers and employees that are willing to be a team player. So it doesn't sound to me like they lost much in you. Maybe you are just burned out.

Maybe the company did bite off more than they can chew. And maybe they will let the contract run out and then not contract with walmart again. But as a driver for crete, i would have hoped you would have been willing to play ball.

They lied and for that i understand your frustration. But i'll tell you what my daughter tells me. She say's that she has lied about certain things because if she had asked i would have said no. Ok that makes me angry but.. She's right. If crete is lying to get people to drive it's probably because they have a contract that they don't want to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars if they are sued by walmart for not fulfilling their obligations.

u need to post about things u know about,go out side and play in the dirt.u need to stand up 4 urself sometimes or u will be used by these companys. U would know this if u drove a truck.i am there 2 make me money and do a great job not do slave labor 4 there bad contracts.now u go watch smokey and the bandit and post about that.
