About 30 min delay,then got it moved.

 

Picking up a preloaded trailer in Council Bluffs. Tire flat, off the rim. Call the tire number, offer to limp somewhere close, “uh no need we’ll send someone out”. 30 minutes later get a text, service truck dispatched, eta 180-240 minutes. To be fair, it is 18:00 on a Saturday and truck has to come all the way from Omaha so no reason to try to find another solution…
