    Here's my last few days:
Aug 31 (came off reset) drove 10:28 on duty 10:48
    Sep 1 drove 10:35 on duty 10:55
    Sep 2 drove 10:49 on duty 11:09
Sep 3 drove 3:24 on duty 4:09 (slacker!)

I'm sitting with 32:59 left on the clock. I have 4 pre-trips so minus 1 hour. Four fuels, minus 20 min.s, one arrive/load, minus 30 min.s. I have 36 miles to go to shipper so minus 45 min.s

32:59 minus 2:35 equals 30:24 to go 1562 miles. My shipper's appt is at 15:30 PDT and I have to make Dallas by 08:00 on Sep 7th. I'm hoping to get there late at night on the 6th thus avoiding Dallas traffic. I know the cons and they don't have any gates so I can just back up to a dock and look like I belong there. If not there's another place we ship from across the street that has a back side that's pretty roomy. Two things against me are; it's Cali so the speed limit sux! Then I have to go down US287 from Amarillo and it's town after town and some slow rolling with a heavy load(40K+).

Don't tell anyone I told you this...I wouldn't want Crete management thinking I was some kind of trouble maker, but...if you turn down the volume...you can't here the e-nag lady say "you're out of hours....you're out of hours....you're out of hours" as long as the D.O.T. doesn't catch up to you, you're home free....what are they going to do...fire ya'?

I've been trying to figure when I get some hours back (the 7th or 8th..it's the 8th right?). I may be stuck at the cons when MT. I need to subtract another 30 min.s for arrive/unld then get to Wilmer so another 45 mins. Maybe my AM will arrange a t-call at Wilmer and let one of the local guys take it to the cons..haha They're straight hourly so no short haul pay.

It would suck if my last run with Crete was a service failure :biggrin_25511:
