That's a great spot. I ran with a Shaffer driver who had a cb, we ended up there and over at Jamie's

I wish they paid the service guys more. That way maybe the service writer wouldn't be such a jerk!

    Sorry just a rant :biggrin_25516:

Speaking of service. I just picked upan MT that has both R/R tries flat spotted the worst I've seen. Alot of the metal strands are ground thru. Somebody must have pulled that thing a good was with a stuck brake. Also both rear/side lights are not working. A road service fellow is already on the repairs. Had 5 minutes left on my 70 and had too O/D drive to truckstop in Fairburn, Ga.

I just turned down the Kalamazoo to Chicagoland load again, it delivers at 6:00 in the morning, a shag in a snow storm, not this boy. I'm sure I'll get a reset in before they can find me a load home, only 300 miles away

The girls came thru, Kalamazoo to Owensboro, only 45 miles from home. I knew cursing on the Qualcomm would wake them up. I said the "E" word, effort

This repair guy didn't take the old tires he replaced. Do we dispose of them or does Crete expect us to haul them to a terminal. Anyone know the policy?

Talk about a fiasco. Repair guy wouldn't take the TWO bad tires he replaced. He's been gone over an hour. I call breakdown and they say I gotta take 'em with me to a terminal. I am in Fairburn less than an hour from Marietta. My pu in the morning is in Social Circle. So I lift the TWO tires up onto the catwalk of this 2014 prostar cause the trailer is a 2013 with skirts and no tire rack. While on the catwalk I conclude that their is no way to secure theTWO tires without impeding the trailer pivot on the fifth wheel. So I conclude that I will have to load the two tires into the back of the MT and divert to Marietta. Well I delivered sw of Atlanta about 10 miles outside the belt and I had 5 minutes left on my 70. It is not legal to head towards Social Circle on offduty drive hence I headed to Fairburn laterally. I contact dispatch about adjusting my routing and they got with breakdown and are gonna try to force the repair outfit to come take the two bad tires so they wont have to route me to Marietta. But what about turning the old tires in? I started my day at 01:00 and ain't in the mood for this petty #####.

    Unfortunately this

was a road call. I gave up waiting. I took em out of my MT and rolled em down next to the dumpster.
