anybody on here doing the south east reginal out of lenoir city. I am thinking about coming back to do that . just wandering how the miles are. I left in feb. to be home more but i hate local driving.

 

So I can drop my load early and heat up a can of soup and a hot dog for dinner or I can stop early and splurge on a meal at "R Place" in Morris IL. I wish every choice was this easy.

 

I was curious about the Q&A online today at 1500, but not wanting to pull over and interrupt my first Productive day in 37 days (600+ today), I kept running. All the considerable amount of money/resources/focus put towards recruiting warm bodies WHERE IS THE FOCUS ON RETENTION OF WARM BODIES ? A few things I would like changed is having annual loyal cpm raises (Up to say 10yrs), Current cpm raise is based on reaching a certain mileage total by your anniversary date......the driver has slim influence if any on miles given/trk in shop ect. Geniuses say, Well just stay out longer.....Not that simple.....been there done that. I wonder if his Ashley Madison account has been productive and fruitful ?

 

I've been here almost 7 years and have got the miles for a raise easily every year.

 

Monday I picked up a loaded trailer with a blown tire, had to have road service out to the customer, and ended up delivering late. This morning I was assigned an mt with a flat tire. Sitting at the TA waiting for breakdown to ok the fix. Wish there was a faster way for stuff like this.

 

I had 3 blown tires in a one week,on the same trlr,the 3rd tire was kind of a my fault.That made Lincoln very suspicious of my driving abilities.On the plus side,i got a msg that a b service can be done at petro or ta,again now.

 

I got a pp for a nice light drop anytime load from Hammond IN to Cullman AL. On my way to pick it up was asked to swap loads in St. Louis with someone needing to get home. New load going to Del Monte on South Fulton in Atlanta with a 001-0300 delivery on
the 29th. The driver directions seem to suggest they're not open then. Hoping that for once the phone number actually goes to something besides an abandoned voicemail box.

 

If the phone number dont work try putting the address in the internet search bar or the company name and city. It will sometimes give you a different number. That is what I used to do.
