I've only worked for Crete since November 15th.
The shops treating me like a Dufus has always been my problem. Every job.
First one. No training whatsoever. Just turned me loose in Denver. I trained myself. Didn't hit nothing. Then... 6 weeks after starting. I got two out of service violations. This wasn't because I didn't know. It's because I didn't fight them. They wouldn't fix the problems. Wouldn't let me know how to get them taken care of out on the road. I found out through this how to get things fixed outside out on the road. From that time on. I took care of things. But... since I was under a year in experience. The PSP bit multiplied my points by 3, and I ended up with 32 points.
Refer to the crete versus magnum thread in newbies. No way I'll ever go back to Magnum. That ticket upped my points to 48.
No more points. Don't need no tire coming apart from bouncing. Then I take the hit on my DAC report? No... no more..... I ain't their idiot.

They way they set up employment for drivers with the FMCSA, and DAC/PSP points and all.
The way the drivers are treated.
Only thing left for a driver to do is to walk out. :dontknow:

Winston is in charge of maintenance . There's a couple guys down the haul that assign trucks. Sometimes they will work with , sometimes they wont.

Interesting... They told me Moe is in charge of Maintenance?
He finally called me back on the day I left. I wasn't in the mood to talk. I had talked too much already. Wasted too much of my time. That's the whole problem.
I appreciate the names of people to talk to.

EDIT: On the humorous side..... If I am to talk to Moe. What about Larry and Curly?

Well guys..... I talked to Mo....
Looks like I'm probably going back. I just need to do some runs for this local business owner I'm with. He dumped $6k into a truck for me to drive. Asked me to at least do a few runs to pay for the work. Then... I'll see...
Mo did tell me I'd be getting a new truck when I come back. He doesn't have anything else. Also he wants the best trucks on wallyworld. We go too many places there isn't any place to stop or get work done.
He was real apologetic. Said I did everything right. Even came up with suggestions. Which I shouldn't have to. Told me I have his number. Any issues in the future. Call him.
So I'm going to Sioux Falls, Mitchell, Springfield, Texas.... then probably back here. Then... we'll see...
