You'll pu and deliver freight to WM DC from time to time, just as a normal load within your division structure.

Keep in mind, Crete has very well oiled agreements with all its customers as to getting loaded/unloaded. If a customer delays a driver for more than 2 hours-- the Customer Service Rep (CSR) will be notified, and if this Customer is habitually delaying a driver-- Crete will stop doing business with it.

Crete has maintained this policy to keep the drivers moving-- sitting is not in our ethos.

Also, Crete does not tolerate Customer disrespect toward ANY driver. Any such infraction will be addressed immediately, and will also be considered grounds for terminating a contract with said Customer.

Yeah... I remember when I drove for another company in a WM dedicated account... the shippers were always fast loading... used to always do a drop and hook at WM DCs and go to next shipper... it was super easy... :D
Sometimes I had to pick up loaded trailers at DCs and deliver at WM stores but the unloading was very fast too... once I notified manager at receiving...

If you contact HR-- let them know you spoke with BEERIC.

If something I said was inaccurate, they'll advise me. Thanks for your questions.

    So.... it's not mandatory?
But if one refuses, what are the consequences? :biggrin_1square1:
I spoke with one former Crete driver who said once he did WM loads for 3 weeks...
I would like to refuse the first time...
