The cpap company can download the info from you machine and you will never know they did it. But to be compliant you only have to have 4 hours a night usage. If it makes it that hard to sleep use it for 4 hours then shut it off and go to sleep. May not get as much sleep as you want but you will get some.snowlauncher, Lonesome and mjd4277 Thank this.

I know a couple guys who use while driving. They get their 4 hours a day & it doesn't affect their sleep.
Personally, i’d look into one of these surgery’s or other treatment options2rescuekids Thanks this. -
I was forced by Walmart, Panther, Werner, to take a sleep apnea study, if I refused to take the study I did not get hired. Every time I quit I went to a doctor and got my two year medical back. The trucking industry SUCKS, sleep apnea machine SUCKS.Milkman719 and snowlauncher Thank this.

I just quit Walmart, they have cameras facing out, you only get the camera facing turned on if you screw up. Now you can talk with a headset, if you text you are automatically fired once they pull your cell phone records. Micro management is still a pain, I was called into the office every week for nonsense. I could not drink the cool aid anymore and had to leave. They also made me take na sleep apnea test, You wonder why there is a driver shortage.
Milkman719 Thanks this. -

yes, if you stay in this business long enough you will have amazing stories, I have stories that no one will believe happened to me in the trucking business. There should be a section called AMAZING TRUCKING STORIES. let men check, maybe there is.

"Once they pull your cell phone records."
Are you saying that the company has permission to pull your personal cellphone records? I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think they have the authority to do that.
I'm aware that law enforcement can, but I believe they have to get a court order. I understand that law enforcement may want to look into your personal phone in the event of an accident that may have caused property damages, injuries, or loss of life, but I don't think anyone can just look into someone's personal phone data without legal cause.Gearjammin' Penguin, motocross25 and Speedy356 Thank this. -
I believe they can check only in the case you caused a accident to see if you were on phone at time.
Lonesome and snowlauncher Thank this. -
NOTE: You can talk on the phone but absoultly NO TEXTING or watching videos. They can't pull your records unless it's a court order BUT, If they call you in the office and ask you to provide your phone records for a certain day or period because of some suspicion or they caught your reflection in the windshield from the camera and you refused to provide them the phone records, guess what happens? you get fired. EXAMPLE: Driving at night and your on the phone the reflection of the phone shows up in the windshield. If the front forward facing cameras picks this up (and it always will) you will be called into the office and asked to provide your phone records. You have like 30 or 45 days to provide the records or you are fired. They tell you at Orientation to have a phone provider that can provide these records within the time frame. Some providers take too long over the 30 days and then you get terminated.Last edited: Mar 24, 2022
