CCC at one time, like most compines was a good one. However, they started to change like most compines. Y'all know hiring anyone too fill a seat and make that profit for the company.

The driver who mentioned of a driver who gross around 84,000, it's possible...if you're a trainer. I spent eight years with CCC. Did I make great money? I sure did but, at what cost? Too much time on the road. Went, too a smaller company in Lincoln, out five with two days off or more if, I want the time off. Company with 75 trucks, top of the line trucks and drivers that want too be there...don't make as much but, happier. Be safe drivers.

I got a text from recruiting the other day and said they would like to rehire me...again.
The money sounds good, but when I worked for them in 2007 they could not, or would not give me miles. I hear things have changed.
Do they still make the drivers pay for safety vest, load locks and king pin lock etc?

I did my first round with them in 2007 too. Left for the same reason you did, no miles. Returned in October 2009 after being promised I would be Western Regional. Spent Thanksgiving Day in Missouri and Christmas Day snowed into the Lincoln Terminal. Their response was I was in Western Missouri.

You were in Missouri and Nebraska. As far as Crete used to be concerned, once you were on that side of the Mississippi, you were in the west. For the last 2 years I was there, though, they were sending me Actually Out West all the time.

Not me. I never was West unless I insisted I wanted home time. Darla can to this day kiss my ###.
