Looking to change companies and these are the two I'm looking at. I like magnums equipment but want to stay away from reefer. I like that Crete is dry van but not too high on the equipment.

Any insight on which way would be the best way to go and why.

    Thank you.

I can't speak for either because I've never worked for either. I had talked to Magnum in the past and if things go south where I am at now, they would be an option. They definitely sound good to work for. I thought if you went to Crete then you would pull both dry van and reefer

Why choose between two companies you don't want to work for? Research FCC.

Crete and Shaffer are separate divisions. He could try to start up a conversation with SSB. He has worked for both Crete and Magnum.

I only thought they hauled whatever because I see Shaffer pulling Crete and vice versa pretty regularly.

It would be funny if FCC adopted that slogan.

The truck assignments don't reflect which division a driver works for. At this point, what's on the tractor means nothing. Available driver and available tractor just get married up.

The OP is probably researching FCC and SSB. Fremont Contract Carriers and Supersnackbar.
