Just imagine if he was at Werner.
There would be another “Werner Trainer Craps Himself” thread.

First off….. WHY DID YOU YELL? Secondly paragraphs help.

Now for what I did read…. Maybe try moving managers, or at least to a different division?

This is all crap.....I work for Crete and get treated well and have no issues getting home or getting miles....sounds like a you problem....they are very nice in operations so instead of pointing fingers maybe look at yourself...

Also claim to drive a truck longer than someone at the shop was born. So why choose a mega then?

I drove as a company driver for Crete/Shaffer for 22 years (17 years with Shaffer before transferring over to Crete). While it isn't always a picnic, most of the OP's complaint's would never have been heard of while I was there. (I retired a little over a year ago). You can request a change of dispatcher (they call them asset managers) and the upper management will listen to you. Hell, I made a direct complaint to the President of Shaffer, about a VP one time, and I was told immediately that I was right and if anyone questioned it they could call him and he'd tell them. That was a one time experience, but in 22 years only twice did I have to climb the ladder past the Operations Manager (dispatcher's superior).
I have doubts that the complaints were made, either with the proper person, or in a manner that allowed a sensible discussion. (Also, it didn't happen often, but Crete drivers were asked to run Shaffer loads, and the other way around.)

Notice OP hasn't responded.....shows he's another disgruntled driver making up stories why he couldn't handle working for Crete.....they do things differently but they are always safety minded and never ignore messages....I always get answered or at least acknowledged.......
