Criminal Record Check

I got MY 'HireRight' report in late Jan. 2013. Like about 2 weeks ago. Here is what it reported on a company that I worked for over 7 years ago. I will quote it: "NOte A seven year period has elapsed since employment ended. It is prohibited to disclose work record, eligibility for re-hire, reason for leaving, and accident information."

THAT company is a major company. It was not, is not, a 'beginner' company. There were a total of 4 other companies I have worked for that do not subscribe to HireRight, and my work record there do NOT show up. My only 'proof' of employment from those is my W-2's. And yes, I've got the proof/old tax forms.

Now then, take that as you may. I am not a liar. I do NOT know tho, what my 'Criminal Reports' say. There might be a 'wild man/bar fight' helping out my crazy buddy and the bouncers and the girls,,, probably way, way back that might keep me outta Canada, which is just fine by me. About 20 years ago. Hmmm...
This HireRight report didn't show my criminal report, only employment history and Drug and Alcohol INformation. And it only shows 2 employers listed. Both Major. It DOES tho show Criminal Reports. Note: MY hireright report DOES show , under the column "Product Requested",,,'termination record', ';cirminal count court searches', criminal state court searches'-VMS'. "Drug Test-escreen', US MVR standard delivery', =CDLIS+ existing report'."employment history', drug/alcohol disclosure', USIS widescreen National criminal S. "
Those reports weren't available tho, on my HireRight report. They were only REQUESTED. Only the two reports I mentioned, are shown on my Report.
Therefore I conclude, this 'major company' that I DID work for over 3 years, did NOT have a criminal report on me, and took me at my word. They at least didn't get the criminal reports from HireRight. Maybe somewhere else tho, who knows. No one ever said a word to me about that misdeameanor way, way long time ago. I DID report it tho. so maybe they got it from another Source, and decided it was not a big deal. I didn't think it was a big deal. Overnight in jail WAS tho. lol
