Swift hired me with a distribution charge. It was much older but you may give them a shot. They also paid for my cdl training.

Heck, I'm still butthurt that I have to announce my 7yr old dui on all apps. The one and only misdemeanor that can't be expunged. To the OP, I hope you are able to find something. Ones past doesn't dictate their worth. Well, for most I should say. Some just don't learn, period.

Hiring freeze for Millis Transfer? Thats not true at all. Not saying they will hire the OP because I dont know if they will or not, but they are most definitely hiring.

I am thinking it will be the distribution felony that will determine in your case and wether there is a statute of limitations on it. If you had used a CMV, from the NC book:
"You will also be CDL disqualified for life if you use a CMV to commit a felony involving
the manufacture, distribution, or dispensing a controlled substance or possession with
intent to manufacture, distribute, or dispense a controlled substance."

Question: Wasn't that baffoon Obama supposedly working on something where people were allowed to not mention criminal backgrounds on applications? Thought I heard something about that.

I think Wisconsin is the only state that has that law.

... That's like $13.xx an hour... Is that "good money" for a home daily guy in your area?

Keep in mind the guy that posted this is not a driver there and was not a driver there. Carolina Cargo is a second chance company and not a company drivers make a career with. They go there for a few months and then move on. Carolina Cargo is a stepping stone to reach your next company.
Also, Carolina Cargo and Carolina Logistics are two different companies and have no relation to each other at all.
