    how is it? I'll be going to Cornwall, ON for the first time. Then dead heading to Montreal for a tank wash and dropping back in off of 15 that turns into 87 in NY.


    Anything I need to know?

    If you smoke get them in the states...

    Montreal has most of its signs in French... A lot of French speaking people there

    Keep to US Log hours and you should be fine.. BUT make sure you have this.

    mandatory 24-hour off-duty period in previous 14 days (regardless of on-duty accumulation)

    Almost all places will take your American money but you will always get Canadian change back. [Unless the looney is higher than the dollar]
    I make sure I have some smaller bills before heading up. It sucks to have to break a $100 bill for supper and get $80 in Canadian change back which is only worth about $55 if you convert it back over on the way out.
