We don't need to worry about the fine print at this time. As long as the potential lessee signs all associated paperwork, in the proper places, we will be fine. All that fine print is just leagleze, lawyer talk, if you may, that no one ever bothers to read, or enforce. It will all be good!

 

You DID tell the potential lessee's that the "angry duck" is not part of the standard lease. It is an add on, and as such, has it's own price. I would have to double check with Mobley after lunch, but the last one he helped install was $3697.51, plus the cost of the installation.

No, Mobely confirmed the price. He told me that YOU personally approved of the price, something about " I''ll show them wannabee's that I ain't gonna be reckoned with" or something like that.

BTW, that is just the price for the ornament, labor to install? Double it! Again, on your approval.....

 

I'm going to have a talk with Mobley, because our P/L statement doesn't reflect that price being correct, and we haven't had any installations yet.
