So your saying 1. He didnt put your name not on just 1 of the samples but on both of them? 2.you didnt sign either one. 3. You didnt see him put them in the bag? 4. You didnt sign the consent form? 5. The other sample was also neglected by the other driver too? Nope to many inconsistencies your guilty....if you already had a trk surely your not that nieve about the process yep your guilty suck it up go find someone else to fool..

Why are you trying to not take the responsibility for your own actions and put it off onto everybody but you? Cmon now, you smoked some weed and you got busted and now trying to find a way around the system. How about quit smoking weed and not have to worry about that crap?

If this is the case, then you are a fool. First thing you learn in life is never sign anything without reading it. In this case your career is on the line, why would you allow anyone to have that much access to your specimen. A urin specimen, like evidence, requires a chain of custody. Without watching every step of the way, you allowed them to doctor your sample of substitute another in your place. But, it is your career you allowed them to screw up. Good luck with your future.

Although I must agree with some of the others on this post, and this post as BS. Cause I dont think there is anyone this stupid, when it comes to their career.

 

CRST did a friend of mine almost the same way, unfortunately it was his word against the clinic's staff. He did own his truck but it was leased through crst but they didn't break that contract and I did his factors and he's still hurt how it went.

 

Can't nobody make you do anything unless its the police or judge. You usually sign after your test and your sample is there in plain sight.you trust too easily, I feel sorry for you as this guy said its stupid not you but that you didn't take all the percautions to protect you and your earnings. ..
