    Swift will definitely not buy it. CRST sued them a few years ago for taking their drivers without paying out their contracts, and won. About 50 million if I’m not mistaking.

    Have you asked if Swift will buy your contract? What happened years ago may not apply today. Poaching drivers is when CRST isn't reimbursed for the training. CRST doesn't care if you leave as long as they're compensated for your training first.
