Crst isn't a bad co. I worked for them for 3.5 years, but was smart about it and asked the best question for a major carrier as soon as I got hired, "what is your highest paying dedicated account, and who is the dispatcher".
My wife was fired after a few safety incidents and while it sucked for me to drive with showerless gangbangers and know-it-alls, I still made the sacrifice and made great money with them.
While emotionally, I thought it was wrong that safety superseded a good driving woman that made them a lot of money, you need to realize that safety has dominant control for a reason. And if you put yourself in their shoes, you probably would have let yourself go, too.
Don't get discouraged, learn from your mistakes, and search Craigslist for a smaller company in your area that you can work for to pay off your debt with crst. Facing it now will be much better than dealing with some unprecedented interest charge that you know they're gonna slam you with anyway.
So dust yourself off, boy. Cuz there ain't no use on chewing on something that's eating you.
