They fired me for no reason. I refuse to pay them.

See this is the thing.. I don’t even mention the contract. They call for experience verification and that’s what CRST tells them.

CRST doesn't fire for no reason. They want bodies too badly.
Whatever happened to cause the firing is your hangup, not the contract.

Why did you get fired? (We've heard it all) If we know we can help you to move on with life.

Lonesome, SteerTire and snowlauncher Thank this.

Really? What do you mean? There’s definitely more to that story. What happened?

    Lonesome Thanks this.

Well, if they fired you looks like they chose to terminate the contract

Unfortunately most contracts cover this. Even if fired the amount is still owed. Not saying it's right or wrong, it just is.

Most locals will hire anyone that can drive. You'll be taking a road test.

I got my first dirt hauling job with only 4 months experience driving. ZERO experience with dump trucks.

They also don't care about the megas, contracts, or DAC.

Right now, companies can't find drivers. But that'll probably change again when the economy starts slowing down. Just like the depression. No one wants to be a trucker till they figure out they can't find work anywhere else. Then they all wanna be a trucker because it's the only job that will hire ANYONE.

    Lessors Inc.
    Twiss Transport
    Vero Logistics
    Florida Beauty Express
    Roadtex Transportation
