Does any one have any idea who will hire me because of this and should I be honest and tell them I'm in a contract
-
You are bailing on a contract you signed with CRST... and you actually expect another company to trust you?
You are breaking a contract you agreed to, and signed. Says a whole lot about you to a prospective employer.
No CRST can not sue another company for hiring you, that is a threat they tell people to get them to stay. They can and will sue you for breaking the contract, first it will go to collections, and then to court. -
I'm bailing because they lied on what they said I'd be getting paid and put me in some really bad situations no one should have to go through

I cannot believe I never got a job with CRST. The most bottom feeder company said no to me. 9 months later, I am running dedicated route, 38 cpm with apu equipped trucks.
I know a guy who left crst, still attached to contract, works for Schneider now. -
Find out some information from him if you will could use the help
-
I also know a former CRST employee still under contract hired at a better mega carrier now
-
If I were you, I'd stick around until the contract ends. Becouse if you do end up leaving. Even mega carrier will think about hiring you. If you can't hold it any longer. I want to say try Werner, if you don't mind teaming they have 12,000$ sign on bonus. -
