Might a good thing to see DOT shut em down ,we need to shed a few mega fleets ....drivers are in high demand here Detroit ,chrysler is running the plants 24/7 and begging for drivers right now ....we wont be missing out if crst bites the dust ....it will increase our value because somebody has to move their frght ,they will come to carpet sooner or later
Joetro Thanks this. -
I saw several headed west on 24 yesterday. They were flats, and they all had big chunks of aluminum on. 3 straps over the top and a chain on each end. These blocks were probably 15 ft long and about 2 feet thick. Just a guess on the dims but I think probably should have been a tad more securement.

Don't get your hopes up too much.CRST is one of those carriers that are too big to fail

True but Arrow closed due to owing millions to creditors.Had nothing to do with the DOT shutting them down.If CRST was to close down highly doubt it would be because of their safety score.I can't recall FMCSA ever shutting a mega carrier down.

Too big to fall eh ? ....hmmmm ok ...lol

So was PIE, so was CF, so was Western Gillette, so were many others.
No company is too big to fail. Especially if top management/owners/stockholders can see a profit in letting a company go down the tubes.born&raisedintheusa Thanks this. -
