As long as they are happy doesn't really matter. If I remember correctly CRST flatbed is CRST/Malone and ran independently of the van side.
drvrtech77 and DJ Hughes Thank this. -
He is on the flatbed side. He had prior experience in flatbed so he didn't have to run team. But from talking with other drivers at the company the team drivers are on the van side and are offered a dedicated position after 3 months I believe. I have not saw any team flatbed over here at all.
DJ Hughes Thanks this. -
There are about 5 different divisions of CRST. CRST/MALONE and CRST Dedicated are two separate things. As I mentioned, my husband works for CRST Dedicated not CRST/MALONE.

Oh ok I did not know that, that's good to know Im interested in flatbed, and was under the impression hey only had teams.Lucky&FrogOTR Thanks this.

Dedicated with almost all companies make the difference...consistent and usually better pay than OTR or regional ...almost no waiting...more home time.. I will only do dedicated routes but there again you have to watch because some companies say this loosely to get drivers in the door.
icsheeple and Lucky&FrogOTR Thank this. -
I hope I could help a little. But like I said Shonda in recruiting is really great and Im sure she could probably help ya get started or at least answer any questions.
-
Yes it does make a difference in loads and home time. We have been everywhere from Kansas City, Milwaukee and East mainly. We are out all week and home on the weekend. But I do agree that you have to pay attention because a lot of companies do just through that in there to get drivers to apply with their company.

You had us all the way up to the point where you said:
Besides when it comes to pay those other drivers
