You dont refuse the load technically, people just dont macro ready for load, for whatever reason so the system thinks your not available. That is untill someone realizes whats going on. I agree, night dispatch is a blunder.

Hello Companyman95. I'm going to orientation with crst this week, been a driver for over 17 years with many companies; Schneider, Swift, etc. I know theres good/bad with all companies, what's good about crst for new hires, not beginners? I was told I will be paid .43 cpm. Anyway this could be true? What can I actually expect driver-to-driver? Hit me back, thanks
