    Ah that one I missed and I apologize for that. If they sent them to that school then yes they are responsible. I would get a lawyer for that one, the other I hate to say I do not think you have a leg to stand on. But good luck to you

    Schools do not issue CDLs, State DMVs do.. If the school wasn't a valid 3rd party examiner why did the state issue the drivers license based on the schools testing in the first place. If the state did the road test, pre-trip and backing exams and they passed what does it matter if the school was "certified" or not.. They passed..

    Once again I ask "What is the rest of the story?"

    That's what I would like to know. Being vague then asking people to stand with you doesn't work out to well. Seems to me there is way more to the story then what is being said :biggrin_25524:
