They have in fact exceeded the threshold for intervention (by a LOOONNNGGG ways). Reaching 60% (60% of other companies have a better record) gets you an "intervention", meaning they will come in and audit your records and slap you around. Reaching 90% gets you an "authority review" meaning FMCSA can/will recommend to USDOT that you not be able to operate until you can satisfy them that you have addressed your problems.

These guys are past 92%, so they are in "authority review" meaning DOT could revoke their authority today if they want to.
