CRST Malone (Flatbed Division) SUCKS!

thats the whole idea of being your own boss.picking your own freight and lanes to run in.apparently you have no inititive on your own and to have someone hold your hand.i've been with them for 7 years i do what i want when i want if i don't make it i have no one to blame but myself.i've at a lot of companies that just let you sit or give you ####ty runs with endless excuses.i do fine here not going anywhere else anytime soon.

you were there for 1 month and you know everything.now you're at landstar,hows that working out?? they operate basically the same as malone.landstar will blow smoke up your ### and make you believe its snowing.was going over there once but no 2 recruiters could tell the same story.had better luck running off their loadboard at least some of their agent knew more than the recruiters.
