My husband and I are huge fans of CRST Malone. Unfortunately his contract was cancelled for the one reason we knew about in the beginning, "CSA" Scores-Hope I stated it correctly. The bad points you can get from a bad inspection. Hint, Hint, don't say something is rusted, don't say something looks like, say, "It is Broken." Hence, CRST will fix it. Maintenance with the truck will count against the company and the driver. That which the driver did not know-he should not have driven. Shut down, get it fixed, then make your money. Avg weekly check $1,200. High end $2,235. Lowest ever -$300 In the hole. Overall, I like the company. We plan to go back once my husband owns his own truck...Lol Owner Operator Only. He is now a company driver. By the way, I learned a lot about booking loads. Now I am a driver recruiter, loving the industry- A lot of dots to connect, but I am getting there. Good LuckLast edited: Jul 10, 2014

I Left CRST Malone last September after i bought my truck out of the lease and took it to Mercer, basically you show up to orientation they go through your contract and make sure your good to go on the last day you will be given your fuel cards and a random truck there is no picking and choosing, then they will figure out how to get you to where ever your truck is, your Signing the Lease Sight unseen, you have a 30 full bumper to bumper warranty on most of the trucks i think except for X trucks. after that i'd make sure to take full advantage of the maintenance program get every little thing fixed no matter how petty they are paying for it 100% for 2 years and make nice with the agents in the areas you want to run they are going to be how you survive at CRST and pay attention to where Freight comes from there's not much Random Freight most of it is consistent so you know when you deliver somewhere where to go that you know you can get a load out of
