Yeah we are figuring that out and this is just day one of orientation!! He sent his recruiter a message letting him know he changed his mind. Just hope he don't jack up his DAC for leaving...

 

UPDATE: He can't go through with it! Day one was a turn off. When hubby was talking to the orientation lady, a lot of guys were saying, "So we were told there's plenty of loads that don't require tarping," to which she replied, "Well, it is about to be winter, so 95% of our loads are tarped so you're just going to have to suck it up and do it!"
There were 12 of the 45 that decided no thanks and are leaving. You don't tell an owner operator he needs to "suck it up and do it" um no, think we'll go where we do what we want, hence the owner operator status...going somewhere else!! Dueces!! Lol

 

No offense to those that work there or the ones that helped us think towards it. There was more to it than just the "suck it up" lady, that was just the last straw!
