All of the ! Make you seem immature and child like. The grammar is horrible.

If this was sent to me from a driver, on my best day I would laugh. On my worst I would stop after the 2nd sentence.

Your letter will not be taken seriously.

Not trying to be mean, but you asked for advice. Actually you asked for "advise", so I advise you to write a serious letter.

Well this is a bad news goid news story.....
1.You messed u1.the phone numbers are in the driver policy manual and on the business card they gave you.
    2. Accidents no matter how minor in a cmv have to be immediately reported.
    3. Yes no matter how minor when I worked for them I accidentally lightly bumped another trlr late at night in the dark end of shift no repair required you couldnt even see the light scratch and I called it in and sent photos.
Policy is immediate reporting and you are supposed to have the right #
OR....sit on hold for four hrs till dispatch picks the phone up.
    4. I didnt and Im not going to read all your files....sorry
So THE NOT SO GOOD. GOOD NEWS.....NEWS....
YOU CAN JOIN THE CLASS ACTION FEDERAL SUIT AGAINST THEM ABOUT YOUR TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT.....
You have to do it before 1-17-2020
Theres a web site for it....
It might offset some of your debt owed to them.....
But.....I have more bad news this site tells me every time I try to upload a file that my phone has insufficient memory....funny how it only happens here!
So....I can't upload the whole email I received but I'll try to go fetch the link to the website.....where you can consent to join.....There is two suits one in MA and one in IA...the Federal in MA you have to execute consent....
The state suit in IA you dont have to do anything unless you want to be excluded.
CRST Class Action Lawsuit – Civil Action No. 16-cv-10095-PBS
sorry....if that isnt live dont seem to be able to do things right with this phone.
Feel lucky to be seperated from them they starved me and stole from me for the yr I was there ....1250.00 reimbursements and other stuff I had to fight to get part of back.
But you're bummed out because your boyfriend was your co driver and he is probably under contract to them still....
So.....this the part where I turn into a real DOG....
    and say HEY BABY....your seperated
    COME DRIVE FOR ME.....LOL
    Nah....sorry just clowning......
In about a yr when your boyfriends done with his contract I presume you guys can get rehooked.....
Meanwhile you got to go find a trainee job.....yep its a lemon sucker....time to make lemonade.
Yeah I know none of its funny or sounds like fun....but....you stepped in poopoo when you got hitched to
That Crooked Rotten Stealing Trucking co......C ant R emember S %!+ T oday
Disclaimer I can say these things because I have a file of my own on them that documents my words.
I have emails where I submitted unpaid reimbursements accumulated over six mo. Totaling 1250.00 to payroll and to the mgr superviser over the dispatch managers....and cursed him and....
And they still made up excuses not to pay 300 of them....all lies and fraud.
Your free....start going through the trainee adds....

I think the OP just needs to go home state talk to Unemployment about burning up all money sitting ready to work and given no work for two weeks. There are case laws in trucking against employers that engage in that practice. All the rest of it hurts my head and is considered routine, such as calling in accident within the hour and other little picky stuff. None of which is that big of a deal.

There is too much punctuation and other perceived emotional affecting the situation at hand in the different notes uploaded by OP. One big problem is the inability to accept that when someone is fired, they are GONE. not coming back period. You can beg, plead, petition, rally or whatever until the cows come home vs the Leadership of a company but once someone is fired they are gone. Poof. Final. As if they died. Finished.

I do detect a little bit of BS such as shy bladder. Those days died with the beginning of the old CDL A drug test rules imposing 60 dollars ahour detention on so called dry bladders. I drug test 8 times a year and they always without fail make water availible.

CRST was pretty smooth in getting rid of both the OP and other driver. One by firing and the other by starvation and ignoring. It's classic method of eliminating trouble drivers in a company without too much trouble.

Hey buddy. First congratulations on getting your license. I would advise you to look for small company get going. Don't don't waste your time with CRST drama. The areas like Chicago, Ohio will hire you solo just with a few month of experience you can even ad couple digits to how much experience you have. say hey I have 6 months or a year experience on the road. as long as long as you have the skills nothing else matter .pay wise dont accept less than $0.55 a mile get on the road . Offer company to stay out longer than other driver like 3-week or longer . and forget about CRST. Most small company never care about student school contracts.
The worse CRST could do is send it to collections that you can deal with later >you can dispute a charge. In the future down the line you can make a deal with them and make a payment plan either way don't allow CRST to Disturbe your career path.

If I were you I get a lawyer to clear up the drug test issue . The cdl license is issued by the state . CRST can't take your cdl back:)

Most paperwork you sign at a trucking company is unenforceable boiler plate. It would cost them more money than it is worth to get a legal judgement against you. Enough drivers believe their lies that it is profitable. CRST has always had a terrible reputation; I think they might be worse than CR ENGLAND.
They have a business model to rip you off. It is so profitable to exploit drivers that they can pay for an occasional death claim. Why would they hire student drivers if it was not so? Plenty of old school truckers out there who can deliver freight safely but won't work for minimum wage. Trucking is a minimum wage job.
Anyone who is offended by that fact is desperate to be relevant. I like driving truck but trucking companies hate me because I don't need them and their call centers of evil people only hired to rip you off. You can
get a driving school certificate for cash from any low life school down the street.
