CRST new hire non-cdl, should I look elsewhere?

Stevens has nice trucks, but as @Wasted Thyme posted; pay isn't the best.

When you look at reviews, you'll see mostly bad reviews with just about any company. You can't necessarily go by those, as trucking is moreso about what you put into it. It's nothing wrong with signing a contract for CRST, if you have to go there. Regardless of where you go, it's simply about "training and gaining" the first year. Training to drive, gaining experience.

 

Yeah, the best trucking companies in the world have complainers.
Keep your eye on your goal; stay focused.

 

Tell Swift you want refrigerated trucking; not dry van.
Nothing wrong with dry van trucking, but you can make more money with refrigerated.

 

Stevens is in Dallas.

 

You're not an employee of CRST, so no obligation. The recruiter is just doing his job.
Swift probably have you in class Monday if you want to go that soon.
