Well when I was there how my driver manager handled on the condition of the truck was aslong it runs then do loads

 

You take your truck sight un-seen. Expect to be in the shop for the majority of your first month.

I took a truck there in 2009 only because the contract stated you could take thier frieght or book your own on load boards i made it 30 days and was so disgusted with thier operation I deadheaded from tx to Iowa to give them thier trailer back but good luck training

 

LMAO.. One of many stories... CRST and CR England are two are the worse in this industry. I pray for all that go that route

 

It is an experience you never forget in thier orientation ...guys broke af surviving in top ramen in thier trainging group and they brake it down in orientation you will make 400 a week running team the first year and it is forced dispatch .....yep screw that anyone that deals with that company needs our sympathy and probably food stamps

 

When I went through...plenty of guys and gals had food stamps... Actually since CRST is at the bottom of the barrel... You will see plenty of folks that were homeless... They only care about getting heads in there. They get subsidized by the government for eat head. Be disabled.. be a vet.. be on welfare... they get more money from the government......
