It's gonna have to be okay with them. I'm not getting on a bus where you can't sleep. Worrying about people stealing your #####, missing your xfer IF you fall asleep. No rental? No personal vehicle? No job.

It is a ll a lie Krilly you will get .22 if your lucky the recruiter tells you what you wanna hear she makes bonus to get you in door
After two months thata joke Believe me in two months you will be lucky to get paid even two hundred dollars and you dont see ur pay checks
and guess what you will have your room and course and whatever they can think of taken from your pay. Dont take this job out of desperation
you will regret it and if your maried you wont have a family left when you get back or a home. This company needs to get out of america its ruining
us. Oh and home time ya right try three months and still wont let you go home happened here. You can take a trucking class look up Sage and not be in debt . CRst you owe forever and they will take your taxes file a lien against you and act like you owe them after you get done working for them for free. -

That's why I'm driving my own car. She said. 38/mile with my experience (I have a CDL, but have some issues on my DAC, a couple preventable incidents-nothing dot reportable) and they were the only people that called me bk. I've worked for jb, Crete, swift, jb will take just about anyone. Nothing. So if I get there Monday, they try to make me sign a contract, don't pay what they said, I'm out.

Well, the orientation went well. I received information that I've already known about, learned about their policies and procedures, even learned how to chain up. And... The pay that was promised was only. 2off. However, here's my problem.. I have been placed With a "trainer"whom I was rooming with at the Red Roof in Cedar Rapids. Who just happens to be a hot head (25 years old, apparently homeless, and addicted to Dilaudid.) We left Cedar Rapids Friday night in a rental to drive to Cincinnati to drop another driver off, hit heavy rain, so I decided to get a hotel room( on my dime, since we had been awake since 5am Friday morning). We arrived in Cleveland to the truck to find out it was abandoned. We cleaned it up a little and went to dinner. After which we went to a local truck stop where he did nothing but bug the hell out of dispatch. Me being an experienced otr driver, I politely advised him to stop or we would be sitting longer. He didn't listen. So as time goes by, I go inside to do some laundry and take a shower. When I returned, he was holding his rib cage saying he had fallen off the truck cleaning the windshield. (no witnesses). He then proceeded to DRIVE HIMSELF to an area hospital er complaining of cracked ribs. He came out of the er smiling, saying that he felt better. He apparently got 2 doses of Dilaudid in the er and now I had to drive. Back to the truck stop we go. This morning, we awoke to a load to Atlanta.. But wait, safety had placed a hold on him since he called it in as an injury to begin a workers compensation claim. We hen had to go to an urgent care facility here in Cleveland so he could get cleared by safety to drive. Back to the truck stop. But wait.. Now you have to go pee in a cup. No dispatch until then. Keep in mind that I am sitting HERE NOT BEING PAID AT ALL FOR ANY OF THIS. So tomorrow morning, it's back to drive him to do his pee pee test. Now on his discharge papers from the hospital, it says nothing about the 2 Dilaudid shots that he received. My question: are they gonna make me sit longer until that test comes back? My wife and kid need money at home, since this was the only reason I came out here. I really wanna drop the bomb on my fm, but I find it hard, and so does my wife to rat him out being he's homeless. So should I just let him dig his grave by himself, or should I be the snitch?
Thanks for letting me get this off of my chest!

Maybe you should request another lead and explain why. If this is what he is like on the first day, no telling what he will do when you are asleep in the cab while he is driving!! Just seems like he would cause more trouble then it is worth. Just my .02cents...
