    Go online to ssa.gov. Order a new card. SSA site says:

    When Can You Expect to Receive Your Card?
    Most applicants will receive their replacement Social Security Administration card in 7-10 business days.

    Wow,,never been asked to provide SIN card for employment,,,but its listed on past pay stubs, C/C statements. Have not seen the card in 30 years
