    I had a CDL when i Started with CRST. Started at .22 just like everyone else. After 3 months i started getting raises. I've been with them for 8 months now and make .31. it's not easy at the begining but it's worth it if you are a person that has the ability to stick something out. If you can't don't waste your time.

    they send you to Kirkwood college for training where they will Teach you every thing you need to know to pass the driving, skills, and pretrip test and get your CDL No real world backing no LA or chicago traffic

    as far as taking a truck home, if you have a good dispatcher he/she will let you, ours let us right off the bat, cause we had no other transport. If things dont work out with me getting into college this semester im probably going back to work for crst. Werner fired me for doing a uturn. My mistake. So my advice dont do uturns, the 4 wheelers like to call that safetly hotline lol. Good luck to you all!

    is the pay 22 cpm per person as a team or split 11 cpm??? If you have a team driver do you do your 28 days with him or a different driver/trainer?
