Im not kocking any CRST drivers but Im curious/hope the donkey driving for CRST today on I-74 about 20 miles south of I-80 In Illinois...I sure hope you learned your lesson and I sure hope if you had a team mate sleeping in the bunk that after you slid off the road and hit the metal rope barricade in the middle that you didnt kill your partner...A couple seconds of patience will save you a possible life long ordeal...My fellow driver when I slow down in the Hammer lane its not cause I want to obviously its because something is going on in front of me...When you floor it around me then cut me off as you jerk it back into the hammer lane only to loose control and meet that rope barricade in the middle of the interstate nose first I hope you learned your lesson...I pray if you had a team partner in the bunk that they are alright due to the fact of your ignorence and stupidity...After your nose first one truck accident/jacknife I hope CRST has included your red slip in your current check envelope...Wonderful job today...Unreal/Uncalled for...Ignorant and the list goes on and on...Good luck my friend

Can anyone give me some information about the school CRST sending me to in Waterloo? I want to get myself ready so when I go I will not have any trouble. My recruiter told me to start studying the manual and I have but Iowa CDL manul is diffrent compared to the one in FL because Iowa has the old version since 2005 and it hasnt been updated ever since

speaking of pay they are teams and start at .22 or .28 and is it split. How does it work I am new complately green and really know nothing. I will be attending there school to get my cdl with them. I know I probubly won't make much at first with a trainer but as long as I make more than 350-400 I'm fine after that I hope I get minimum 600 a week on a bad week the more the better. I am used to 8.50-10.00 an hr. jobs. I want to make more I want to see the country if I get home once a month for 3 days or so I can live with that.I don't expect much my first yr. and if I clear 20,000 I'm fine (never made that much the norm for me is 7-9000 or so) I just want to get the one yr. exp. to drive a dump local or go to Panther. I have to see if CRST has a terminal in Ohio I live in Cleveland. I do know it is all on you and what you put into it as well as how you treat people including your dm if you run the miles and do things for him he needs done chances are he will make up for a bad load or week and get you home more ect. How is the training and logging for ceader rapids training center. It will be rough first yr. and training but I'm stubborn and I can do this to me training will be like basic training when I was in the Army. My other options are swift, usa truck, millis or schneider I want to drive the whole 48 I like out west never been to CA. yet and would like to go back to fort sill in lawton,OK.

Ok after reading these 3 news articles I guess CRST doesn't do background checks at all as both guys were into drugs and known felons,no thanks the only way I will go to CRST is if I cannot get my CDL training with any other company.I was thinking about trying them 8 month contract isn't bad second thoughts now.
