    New drivers, check out snap shot on the FMCSA web site and you will see the trucks are moving at CRST with lots of miles. divide the number of trucks by miles driven and you can average out if the company is moving freight.
    The draw back would be the number of drivers out numbering the number of trucks at any given time, and the turn over rate plus the rotation schedule. :biggrin_255: Don't know how to check out number of students waiting to get in on the rotation grid ? At $4,300 dollars per student under contract. Or the refreshers on a sliding scale, around $500 and up, but CRST has miles, Call a recruiter now. :biggrin_25514: !!!

Ima far cry from being a recruiter, with all due respect read between the lines. you have 34 years trucking and maybe you have had the luck of not having to back-track and start over.
