    Well back about '92 or so, the CDL came into existance.

    And they STILL don't have that completely implemented or enforced !!!!!!!!!!!

    Heck, go online, download your medical forms.........

    Almost ANY ticket can be taken care of, up to a point..........

    The same unsafe companies are STILL operating, not all but many.........

    Yada, Yada...........play that song again .........2525 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    One change, apparently, is a form my company sent me. From what we can make of it, whenever I get a ticket, I'm supposed to take the info off the ticket and the notification that's supposed to go to the company and transfer it to this form by hand to notify myself that I got a this ticket that I just signed and received. My question would be, why is DOT being run by re-tards?

    Getting your clean inspections documented is critical these days. I've read that advice more than a few times in CSA 2010 articles and literature. I don't know what all is involved in ensuring that an inspection gets into MCMIS but I have to believe it's worth following up to make sure it does. Two HUGE concerns FMCSA has with respect to CSA 2010 are data accuracy and prompt data reporting. CYA!
