Does anyone know where to go to find your personal CSA Report and score. It seems as though I have looked just about everywhere and I keep getting the run around. Also, that Road Law place you spoke of is that like the Drivers Legal Plan or TVC? Can they assist in cleaning up a driving record or is that even possible?

It is understandable that you have become embittered toward the "lazy bums" working for you, but perhaps that has soured your attitude so much that it is reflected in your hiring process. Maybe you should give the LB's a choice of an incentivization (insert your objection here) or a pink slip, then replace LB's with professionals by approaching and treating them as the valuable asset, so necessary to the success of your operation, they are.

    I'm just sayin...

That's not a fact. It's a lie. The drivers and the companies are gonna get it now vs. just the companies before. There was no point system before. That's new. If you were 5000 pounds and have 100 heart attacks and 99% body fat you still could drive. Not any more.

There are no new rules under the FMCSA. You have been misled.

There have just been enforcement changes.

Yes you are right indeed. 100%. What about the fat people? Was that also in the FMCSA? Or they just decided they will enforce something that doesn't exist as a law? Or did someone made that up? Anyway has any of you ever read the whole law and fully understand it. From a lawyer's point of view. Like the "health care bill" or that "energy bill" - the carbon dioxide AKA global warming crap. This law is about money and power. They will be able to fine anyone if they wished to, and eventually putting them out of business. To tell you the truth, I haven't read the law . With these people in power, I don't need to. It's not going to be a law that actually helps anyone except some small group of very rich people.

I know all this CSA2010 is confusing and scary too- but if you dont have it, you have nothing to worry about- use a company like I did for a free screening and your done. trust me if you have it- you need to treat it- I heard about a 28 year old guy dying in his sleep from sleep apnea and he was not heavy or have a large neck.

Someone told me there's a website that gives info helping people to challenge incorrect data with FMCSA but they don't know its name.... Does anybody know?
